Soya Chilli Recipe

Soya Chilli is a very Quick & Easy recipe. Soya chunks are really very good for health as it contains high proteins, fiber and zero oil (Fat).

Naturally proteins are the building blocks of our muscle so it is quite important to consume protein in sufficient quantity daily from any source. If we compare soya chunks with any dal / legumes, then soya chunks contain far higher protein % than others but due to its low-fat content, its digestion & absorption is quite slow so it is recommended to have it once a daily max not more than that.

Chilli Soya Chunks Recipe :-


  • Soya Chunks : 1/2 cup
  • Salted Hot Water

For Marinate:-

  • Soaked Soya Chunks
  • All Purpose Flour : 3 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch – 2 tablespoon
  • Water
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt, As Per Taste

For Gravy:-

  • Oil For Fry The Pakora’s
  • Oil: 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic: 3 to 4 Cloves
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Onion: 1 large
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce: 2 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Sauce: 2 teaspoon
  • Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoon
  • Schezwan Chutney / Sauce: 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cornflour mixture: 1 cup water + 1 tablespoon cornflour
