Parle-G Biscuits Curry |पारले-जी बिस्किटांची भाजी

पारले – जी बिस्किटांची (Parle-G Biscuits) भाजी – एकदम स्वादिष्ट, छान गोड आंबट अशी भाजी, लहान मुले तर बोटे चाटतीलच पण मोठ्यांना पण स्वाद नक्की आवडेल.

चहाच्या सध्या कपात तुटून पडणारी बिसकिटे भाजीत कशी काय छान पैकी मस्त राहिली हे बघून सगळेच आश्चर्य चकित नक्की होतील.

साहित्य (Ingredients) :

  • 14 to 15 Parle-G Biscuits (पारले – जी बिस्किट)
  • 3 to 4 tbs wheat flour (गव्हाचे पीठ)
  • 2 to 3 tbs ghee (तूप)
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick (दालचीनी)
  • 2 cardamoms (वेलची)
  • 4 to 5 cloves (लवंगा)
  • 2 bay leaves (तमाल पाने)
  • 1 tbs fennel seeds (बडीशेप)
  • 1 tbs cumin seeds (जिरे)
  • 1/2 tbs coriander seed powder (धणे पावडर)
  • 1 tbs red chili powder (लाल तिखट)
  • 1/2 tbs turmeric powder (हळद)
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut (ओले नारळ)
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup (टोमॅटो केचअप)
  • 1 tbs sugar (साखर)
  • Salt (मीठ), as per taste
  • oil (तेल) for frying
  • water (पाणी)

Method :

  1. Take 5 to 6 Parle-G Biscuits
  2. Cut into the pieces & transfer it into a mixer grinder & make powder
  3. Now, take a fresh coconut & Grate it
  4. Take 3 to 4 tbs of wheat flour, add water into it & make paste
  5. Take oil to fry the biscuits.
  6. Heat the oil & dip the biscuits one by one in wheat flour paste & fry the biscuits until it turn golden brown color
  7. Take 2 to 3 tbs of ghee, heat it and add 1 inch of cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms, 4 to 5 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbs of fennel seeds & 1 tbs of cumin seeds and roast all the spices
  8. Add 1/2 tbs of coriander seed powder, 1 tbs of red chili powder & 1/2 tbs of turmeric powder saute it
  9. Then add 1/2 cup of grated fresh coconut & roast it for 2 to 3 min on low flame
  10. Add water
  11. After that, take 1/4 cup of tomato ketchup & add water into it mix it well and add into the gravy
  12. Now add the biscuit powder, 1 tbs of sugar & salt, as per taste
  13. Mix it well, bring it to boil & add fried biscuits
  14. Cover & cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame
  15. Parle-G biscuits curry is ready
